I really wish someone would make a diagram of relations here. The diagram would certainly look shocking.
It seems to me that nepotism has never been a bigger problem here???
There has always been nepotism around here but now it has become really humiliating for all those who would achieve something just through their hard work. People who are not among the favored relatives are in a terrible position. I'm really sick of this company.
Is this happening in ITC or America or EMEA?
I wonder who slept their way to the top in certain offices...
It's either the club from the 3 letter firm or some Indian director who wants to bring all his buddies to the states.

It’s not nepotism as it’s the “club” of certain folk who used to work for a certain 3 letter has been technology firm….get my drift…. The resulting environment is top heavy do nothing execs counting their RSU’s while throwing others under the bus to protect their little kingdom. Most of the “club members” of said three letter firm were marginal when working there…and found a 2nd life here…. Trust me it comes from well informed sources at that three letter company…..
