What's Next

More assets sales. Office closures, layoffs, nothing positive it seems. But why are we hiring Expert level geo positions?

G&A needs to be reduced big time. I don't know where our group is going to find what they want.

With all the assets and acreage we still we actually do need more geos, about twice as many as we currently have. The execs laid off wayyyy too many of them last year, probably because they’re expensive.

The one or two seniors they’re trying to hire back will not come close to fixing the issue. They just need to divest more stuff ASAP if they refuse to staff up again.

With the number of assets and acreage we still have we actually need about twice as many geos in the company, close to an additional 60, but they're expensive so that's not going to happen. They think they can fix the massive shortage with like 1 or 2 experts...pretty illogical.

But logic dies here, so it's logical for them to be illogical. Good news is it's over, so just enjoy it while it lasts.
