Those who have been on site since May 2020 can see how adrift we are. Hau just announced “ Quality as a Culture”, yet another initiative that will end up being a subset of DEI and get nothing done. Leadership really is clueless at this point
Most have now been purged as Ford's HR system/ process hunts out and eliminates them. At Ford, the proverbial cream does not float to the top to get promoted. Rather the sh## floats up and gets promoted and that is why we are on the situation we are in and will continue to be.
There are a few but they are scattered. Definitely not at the LL2+ level. They look lost and unable to motivate the troops. Their only method is fear. Why would someone who has a multi-million dollar savings idea submit the idea only to watch other people take credit or receives no reignition on his or her PRs? Seen this numerous times the bottom feeders step in to take the credit. Those people who do that know who they are!! Word to them. One day you will reach a position you cannot transfer out and you will be held accountable for what decisions you make.
