Managers have access to the employees below them to see there wage
i will think hr should not disclose this information to any ?
That’s why having same job titles on sane rates is best . The culture in DQ of b-m boys getting more than others is pathetic and causes rifts between the guys .
It’s not illegal. Employers don’t like it. People talk then think then demand
Probably is legal, just not right to disclose this information to anyone else but the person who’s wage you are talking about.
