Yes P/P changes and employees will need to follow it. Again i.e. scheduling, attendance or discount's for example. You will not be 'grandfathered' in.
It wasn't company policies when I accepted the offer for the job. So the rules can change and do I have to fell in line with the other drones
Unemployment laws very by state. That being said, if you were separated for 'not compiling with company policy' you would not be eligible for unemployment. No different than a attendance policy for example.
I've heard a lot of pretty lame excuses for not getting vaccinated. One of them was that it alters people's DNA. I think that in a lot of these people's cases, it probably would be an upgrade
Check out the death rates from covid. In all the age groups there is a 99+% survival rate. Covid is not the ki---r the libs want you to believe it is. Same thing with mask effectiveness. The are practically useless against the aerosol you exhale. Masking is woke low hanging fruit virtue signaling. Feel sorry for the saps that have to wear them in retail.

Take the shot and live and protect others around you , don't take the shot and you have a good chance of giving covid to your love ones and watch them suffer or die. The choice is yours.
i doubt that we are going to avoid the virus. The spanish flu still exists 100+ years later, so there's always that pleasant thought. Hide in your basement for another 6 months, 60 months or longer it won't matter. And what kind of life will you find when you crawl out from the ho-e? Don't be reckless but by all means live your life.

Just get the shot. This is why the pandemic is going away any time soon because people think they don't need to be vaccinated. Then you see people in the hospital dying saying I wished I got vaccinated.
