The air is thick! We've had employees find new jobs vs waiting for the layoffs which are coming soon.... they should trim the fat, starting at the top. The only function they have is breathing. Toxic, Sick, Culture.

Any advice of companies that would appreciate a nurse reviewer/ case manager/ team lead……..25 yrs experience. Are all managed care getting like this :(

All areas. They are not focused on just one and nobody has mentioned firm dates....just that it's coming.
It’s funny someone keeps listing clinical performance for layoffs but nobody answers about dates, which teams etc.
Which areas of clinical performance?
