I received an offer that includes a generous bonus through the AICP. I’m curious what percent of target this typically pays out at as that impacts my valuation of the overall offer of compensation. My current company historically has always paid out over 100%. What is the typical percent for Ford?

If your current company always pays out 100% why would you consider moving Ford?
At FMC, the max amount is based on your pay grade. Depending on the AICP goals, you get a percentage of your target amount and a bump if you have a stellar PR.
How much was your last bonus? What is your profession? What is the percentage of the bonus you always receive to your annual salary?
I say that you did not get an offer including AICP bonus, it is not calculated yet. That number is sent to the FMC employees 1st quarter next year.
I think you are a troll who is fishing for numbers.
AICP is all about overall company success which means it has about zilch to do with personal performance or anything you can actually influence. Like other bonuses, it's a nice to have, so just assume it's zero when making your base calculation. Then when/if it does pay out it's all gravy, and when it doesn't you're not relying on it.
Over the past 3 years, I received about 50% of my AICP. The AICP is highly dependent on the company's annual profitability, so factors are outside of your control. In terms of compensation, I don't put much value in the AICP. I was actually compensated the most the first year that I joined because they offered a hiring bonus and relocation bonus.
That is an excellent question for the hiring HR rep you are working with. Ask and report back what their answer was. Then we can tell you if it is bullsh*t or not.
The AICP is a good perk, but the next few year's payouts don't look promising.
