You obviously care because you are commenting on a 6 day old thread.
The rest of us care because it illustrates how pathetic a situation the company is in that even the executives are running for the hills.
Who cares? I don’t care who left or was fired. This goes for execs, managers, and union alike. Too many other things to think about than someone that is no longer here. I worry about my job and my coworkers jobs going away in the future. Why spend time researching past managers? This borders on obsession. Get a hobby or something else to occupy your free time.
some people latch onto something and watch to say it is fake and fail miserably. don't even know the basic definition of what they're talking about. educate yourself.
Why does it matter what position is considered an executive position? If some executives or managers left the UP and went to Omnitrax, then who cares. They're not at the UP, so they have no say so about what goes on there anymore. So what's the point in arguing about someone's former job title at the UP, that now works at another rail company?

Well, it's not an article. It's a list of the board of directors. And there are numerous other former UP executives working there as well. The fact that you don't know what or who is an executive is your fault and yours alone and has no measurable effect on reality.
The only former UP exec in that Omnitrax article is Cameron Scott.

Yep, GM is technically an Executive position as listed in UP's compensation levels 1-12.
A superintendent has traditionally been the first level of being on the executive pay scale at UP. Maybe you don't understand how that works. Not every executive is the CEO. But there are plenty at the very top that have left, been fired, and/or been demoted as well. It seems this makes you mad. Everyone else finds it hilarious.

scott, who was the #2 at UP, has also hired several former UP superintendents at omnitrax.
as previously stated keep looking. they're leaving and working at other companies too. common knowledge no point in arguing.

how exactly is this fake? half the staff at omnitrax is filled with former UP executives. superintendents leaving for short lines all over. people getting demoted and fired all the time. i'd say all but maybe the top 3 or 5 are happy with their life at the company.
