I have worked in much worse companies but I am not very happy with the situation here either. It can always get better. At the moment, I don’t like how the work is distributed here. Some work too much and some are spared and work the bare minimum. What do you think would make Progressive a better company to work at where employees would be more satisfied?

Sounds like you need to work harder and complain less. It is much worse other places. If you complain too much then your job will be outsourced.
