I came to this site to see if anyone shared any info on possible layoffs, because it seems to me that the situation is more tense than ever. Does anyone have any insights to share?

Yes. There's LOTS of redundancy and waste. How many more VPs, Sr Dirs, Dirs, Sr Mgrs, and Mgrs does the company need before it figures out to hire more people to actually do the work?
I don't know how you close the main office for over a year and require everyone to work from home and not realize how much redundancy and waste that you have.
Some of the Digital VPs are asking about specific role types in their organizations and if those roles are really needed, can we do without them and put the work on others, that sort of thing. Digital’s budget is around four times what it was just a few years ago and since it was put under the finance organization I’m sure every dime of the additional spend is scrutinized heavily. Not to mention Callaway has been down for close to a year now.
