HR Posting got pulled

I noticed a thread about HR got unposted, and rightfully so. It was nothing more than celebrity mean tweets. But…

There is no doubt BJ is woefully unqualified for the job. She, literally, has no strategic or original thinking. Sadly, her best qualification is the diversity stamp she provides to JC. And if that is not enough of a disadvantage she reports to an egotistical SAP salesman with zero concern for employees.

Is it any wonder that the company has a fractured toxic culture with no chance for recovery.

I wouldn’t trust Beluga’s opinion on much of anything, but as they say, even a broken clock is right twice a day. VP of HR is an important role that could help a lot. They just have the wrong person in it and a pitifully weak department overall.

The VP HR is a waste of space. I heard the CFO say so himself. Beluga mentioned that he didn’t even need her on the team.
They should be quiet when speaking about others.

Funny how you can talk about the lawsuits galore and ME getting canned for harassment but can’t talk about BJ’S Mohawk as the VP of HR at the joke of a company on Wall Street. Haha “keep it classy”….we all know who is monitoring this site. Too funny and everyone knows this place is crawling to stay alive..
