I don't regret leaving at all. Now that I remember how much I was hesitant and how unsure I was of leaving and accepting another offer... I shouldn't have hesitated at all. Not only am I paid more, that wasn’t even the primary reason I left, but I work in a much more relaxed atmosphere with a lot less stress. Sometimes I come to this site to see if anything has changed for the better here in the meantime.

I am very happy now that I moved from WD. More pay, better hours and better benefits.
