I worked in IT making $140k plus a measly 15 to 20% bonus and "bogus" stock options. My next job made me $100k more plus much better benefits. They're cheap as *u-k. At Sp--k i had to work 14 hour days from morning to evening and into the morning again to clean up their cr-p for 9 months straight. I work much less and make so much more money.
Leave Splunk they're a garbage company.
