I have been hearing stories where there have been a couple different scenarios lately where employees were steered away from HR because it is basically useless. I’m not going to get specific because the employees involved don’t need the negative attention that reporting would create in their lives. It is just stupid that we have devolved to a point in this company where the Human relations people are so in the pocket of the management that employees are not using them because nothing happens except negative repercussions. I am revamping my resume because this place is BS. My district gets a lot of flack on this site and it’s all deserving. It’s in the second largest state on the left side.

An SM got in a fight with a customer and didn’t get fired or reprimanded. Same sm also said he had covid to close store. He didn’t get firsx

I had a customer threatening to throw me through a window when I asked for the customer to be banned HR called me and asked me if I was really that upset. Bunch of garbage cans
HR = useless
The HR department of all companies is there to protect the company, not the employee. You all show know that.
My MP called one of my reps a sl-t and HR made the whole thing evaporate. There was no follow up with the employee and when my Director asked my MP why the employee wanted to transfer to a different market, the MP told the director it was because of me. This place is insane.
HR is a joke. You need documentation to make a written documentation. So a written documentation needs to be documented before a written documentation is given. It’s the hardest place to get fired from…
