From reading comments on FB it seems nothing has changed in 20 years... lots of disappointed customers but as long as they keep coming back who cares? Same goes for employees, eh?

Summed up my entire career there perfectly. I was even reprimanded once because I had a note in my cube that said, "work smarter not harder" because they felt it represented a bad work ethic. smh...
Lol, I worked on this problem a decade ago and was shushed away from it. Someone else spun up a project, which apparently failed. There may have been others. Always the least imaginative, most labor-intensive approaches. You fools! None of this was necessary.
