How can I pay my mortgage? And car loan?, was banking on a pay rise not a pay off? Will payout be big due to plant being shut?

Was basically told market conditions etc etc cant keep 4 plants going in eastern hemisphere we've decided to close bridge of don woodside road plant .. consultation etc will take a while (the legal requirements) but expect everything to be done before end of the year ..

There were a lot of different businesses at that site. Which businesses are spun off and which are getting transferred to Montrose?
