If you're trying to stay in the telecom industry, going over to excell wasn't a bad move considering altice wants only subcontractors. It'll get you experience and look better on a resume anyway.

I moved over to excell a while back. While basically working for the same company, got a 30% raise, and no stress. That alone was a no brainer for me.
The company has its issues for sure (HR especially), but I’m no longer counting the minutes until I have to show up for work.
I considered myself a decent tech, but that no longer mattered CV/Altice (it hasn’t for a while).
