Yup, kind of tired to read and post... It is getting worse, not better. I am busy looking for a new place!
Not just that people are leaving, but people aren’t joining. Reputation affects the talent pool. Given the reputation of certain leaders and the current culture why would people come?
No, everybody just had the good sense to leave. Maybe you’ll get the courage to do the same one day.
That's what happens when more than 50% of your workforce quits overnight. Last number I heard was less than 80 people are left from the original 180 that were in ISRM. Who would've thought putting an incompetent, inexperienced leader as a CISO would have such a dramatic effect?
There are enough examples of the toxic workplace that is McKesson. The senses go numb until a new threshold of ridiculousness is reached. Many are probably training up and moving on instead of posting about the ordinary daily BS that is McK.
