None of the locations are owned. The last seritage owned store ended in 2020. And I don't think they'll have low Cost Rent, in high Price markets, such as Bronx, Miami, etc..
In August We "might more closures"? That's English? If you're going to troll, at least do so in proper grammar.
"lower fixed cost rented" is that slang for not paying the landlord a cent?

The current round is still closing, and “executives” take vacations in August. Based on previous years September is more likely. I don’t expect a large round as by now I suspect most of the remaining stores are lower fixed cost rented or owned locations and therefore can more easily be kept open until the property or lease is sold.
