None of the locations are owned. The last seritage owned store ended in 2020. And I don't think they'll have low Cost Rent, in high Price markets, such as Bronx, Miami, etc..

The current round is still closing, and “executives” take vacations in August. Based on previous years September is more likely. I don’t expect a large round as by now I suspect most of the remaining stores are lower fixed cost rented or owned locations and therefore can more easily be kept open until the property or lease is sold.
