As a minority - I’ve also been bullied - I just come in and keep my head down until i find something better.
This is a very UNSAFE place for any Hispanics/Latinx, not a single one even remotely close to any kind of leader role…they are all less than middle management.
Inclusion is a buzzword - it’s not actually done. It’s a box to check.
If you are not white and in with the overwhelming white management, especially in ops you ain't going far.
HR there will silence anyone who dares to bring up a bullying or discrimination complaint. Happened to me . Don’t ever go to hr

Can't comment on racism as a white female but I've been bullied by my director that cost me my career here. I'm actively looking to change jobs as my mental health is suffering.
I am an employee here in Ontario and I can confirm this. Flowery words and charters don’t trump the real employee experience. Lots of POC employees have left the organization recently.
