Club forced me to put in my two weeks. Even after they offered me a dollar raise (only way to get a raise anymore). The past month has been so aggressive for getting club cards that I gave up. I used to get 2-3 a day most of the time but after constant over-com announcement, over-radio club reminders, and getting called into the office when I don’t get any for a few days, I’m done. I watch club employees do nothing but sit behind a counter with their phones out while I’m expected to run an entire department while pushing credit cards with no benefit/commission. I get cards = better sales = store staying open mentality but they are implementing weird club expectations now. Getting called into the office to talk to store management because I failed to get a club because I’m the only employee to do freight is the last straw. Company needs some soul searching.

Fed up here too.
Losing good people over club.
What are the succession plans for BP if JM one day can not come down for breakfast?
It will cease to exist in 5-7 years with this business model. Fishing is empty in my store and everyone quit.
