Yes I love my RSUs and bonus. No one else gives them at this level unless you're an exec. Here we get a bonus at all levels even the lowest get like 10% and the company is doing amazing. Most senior level people will probably hit a 30% bonus this year!

I left one year and half and joined nvidia. Money wise, I gain even more. Not even mentioned career path, ability growth. I think ppls are just constraint themself, outside wold is far better
