I keep watching as good people who devoted decades of their lives to this company get used up, mistreated, and then discarded like they never mattered - despite being the ones who made this place into what it is. This company and its management have completely lost their compass on what really matters. They might not realize it now, but this will come back to bite them in the a-s when everybody who cares is gone, either through layoffs or attrition.

Once you realize your only a tool, life gets easier. They will eventually get a cheaper tool than you even if the tool doesn’t work or if it’s inferior just to get a cheap tool
It started with KJ. His team he brought in sold the dream. Whenever I went to those stupid women in power cr-p with gerri Elliot, I should have took her word for it: "outsource everything but love" She was supposedly speaking about home life and how to manage having a family where both people worked. It's garbage. We have engineers who get a degree over seas, the come in and know nothing about networking... They come for the money and fk the Americans over. Americans are hated here. The company wasted so much money on talent from hiring college kids instead of actual doers. We are few and far between. They want "yes" people. Not innovation anymore. Is there any wonder our founder jumped ship?
