Allscripts Managed Services Ready to Implode

Apparently the VP of Managed Services quit because of the LK and JM bull cr-p and those too have now put a guy in charge that has no background in outsourcing/managed services. Some of the customers pay ALOT of $$$ for those services and if it degrades there will be MAJOR problems.
LK and JM only care about having “yes men” running their high leverage business units versus people that actually know what they are doing.
This one will be fun to watch.

"At some point the operation will begin missing their contractual obligations and customers will terminate."

How easy is that in reality, though. Clients aren't staying because they want to. They're staying because they can't afford to make the switch. Breach of contract won't magically pay for a 6 ? 12? 24? month implementation cycle.

There's probably a very colorful phrase for this conundrum...

JM only cares about the bottom line of that business not about delivering quality services.
At some point the operation will begin missing their contractual obligations and customers will terminate.
