Webster Madole leaving.

Heard that today. Good riddance. Treats people like cr-p and is never happy. Incompetent nincompoop.

He’s like a fu----g chainsaw. Cut cut cut. And hire an army around him that adds no value.

Cut factory employees to the bone to justify the millions of dollars of hires he’s made in the last year at HQ.

Then has the audacity to say we need to be leaner.

He did nothing during his time except blame others. Truly a terrible leader, use that term lightly. Cameron boys didn’t fix things like they thought they would. He ruined what’s left of completions for the rest of us

If you ask me, he only wanted the director title and stayed a little over a year so his resume wouldn’t look questionable. I wouldn’t be surprised if he was already fixing his resume and job searching when he was hired. You can expect anyone that comes into leadership roles at Weatherford are all doing the same thing - why else would you get on a sinking ship unless for selfish reasons? You already know nothing can be fixed here.

I agree. We need competent leaders who care for employees and listen to them instead of trying to take every opportunity to belittle them. Spend more time building relationships and understanding what your employees do. Ungrateful.

None of us will miss this….

“Ummm. I would encourage you to work harder and faster and that would be great.”
