Recovery from UHG

I thought the relief would come right after I left this company because of the unbearable amounts of stress. This is where I first experienced a panic attack. When I came to the new company 3 months ago, I was stunned at how nice people behaved. The problem is that I still can’t fit in because I still have that same feeling in my stomach like I’m still at UHG. I wonder how much more time will pass until I recover and forget this place?

Yes, it's PTSD once you leave. A sick culture made possible by some horrible management full of se-ual, gender and racial discrimination enabled but HR. Karma will come to UHG one day and the lid will be blown off the atrocities of this company against its own employees and clients. If you can do what I saw done to sick patients you have no morals so employees do not stand a chance.

I can relate and it took me a year. My husband says he got his partner back. It’s been a journey of working on myself. Exercise, meditation, prayer, self care, all of it. I was not a weak person before this job but it made me into an as----e because of the bull s h I t I had to do to clients. The back stabbing, the vacation you can’t take because they can’t survive without you. It’s nice to know they are eating the s h i t I had to do before
