I have been here for more than five years and I have never lost so many colleagues in a very short period of time as I did recently. Those who are still here, send applications to other companies in hope that they will leave here asap.
What is the main reason people leave?
I think the reason is that there aren’t a lot of companies that value their employees less than this one.

I'm in a role where I see terminations in my program. Since January, I've seen over 5,000 people termed either quitting, NCNS, or fired. Sure, I'm part of the largest program (the fruity one), but it's just shocking to see. It seems like it's all about keeping the numbers where they need to be, which is all about quantity over quality. They'd rather start fresh with a brand new trainee over trying to work with someone who might need some attendance accommodations.
But the reality is, at least for my program, the client deals with every BPO out there, not just Conduent. And they have to in order to keep the required number of support personnel they need. Because when people leave Conduent, they cycle to Kelly or Transcomm or Teleperformance etc., especially in the days of everything being remote.
People looking for jobs and browsing jobs boards all day, get out as soon as you can...place is sinking faster than the titanic.
Confident is not playing the long game. Client word of mouth is abysmal in government health care... it's a small world and no one wants to play with a loser... Client contracts are
suffering primarily due to turnover of key personnel and confidence with fulfillment of contractual requirements and fiscal management of revenue...
