We're already all laid off... we just don't know it yet. There's a glitch in the system. Once they fix the glitch, it's over.

Got an update to layoff plan effective July 1st, 2021. Looks like more layoffs, and less innovation from GE. If they were competitive with thier solutions and stopped outsourcing and would keep their talent, things would be a lot different. Not the GE I remember.

The company is promoting hourly employees into some open salary PB/LPB positions. Some with no college degrees. It must be difficult finding good help nowadays. A better compensation package would help, but I am afraid it won’t be enough to attract the talent we need.
