Anyone hear about a re-org ?

HR has made decision not to rock the boat with any mention of layoffs....since folks are leaving on their own or in some cases like NS asked to leave and might even take his village with him. HR will consider a round of deck chair reareangement in May 2022. Meanwhile you'll see fall out from last week's reorg...as key engineers are asked to pick sides in the split DCG/DPG/NEX/etc....some will choose this opportunity to look outside. HR does not have to do anything...just watch and wait. No point talking about pay/comp until dust has settled.
“ Has she even done anything related to the compensation problem that was mentioned during the last allhands?”
Well, she helped cause it. Does that count?
All the reorgs can’t put Humpty Dumpty back together.
Software, architecture, supply chain, network, blah blah blah.
Does anyone want to know what caused Intel rise and fall from grace, anyone?
It is manufacturing leadership, scale, execution and pace. For twenty years Intel out executed everyone and crushed everyone. Now they have failed and in third place with neither scale, technology leadership, nor talent. They have none of the things that can help them get back. All the reorgs outside of technology just guarantees another reorg in three years and that one will include Pat.
Anybody wants to stay if his group is to be broken into smaller groups?
Naveen being out almost seems like a boot
Does anyone know why no more Navin ? Seems very sudden.
SR joined Intel in 2000 as a marketing director after the acquisition of Dialogic Corp. Before joining Intel, SR co-founded and served as president of The CTI Authority and served as president of the computer telephony division at Catalyst Telecom.
SR holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Pennsylvania State University. She sits on the Equinix board of directors; she is a member of Berkeley’s engineering advisory board and a member of the Intel Foundation Board; and she is part of Intel’s Latinx Leadership Council.
is Sandra from Marketing background? She led Network group before but I think she worked in Marketing side for awhile before that
Why would anyone promote HR person to technical VP? Of course she has engineering degree, cool.
Has she even done anything related to the compensation problem that was mentioned during the last allhands?
Don't think I've ever seen a crucial business division lead replaced by a "Chief People Officer" before.
No more Navin
