Thread regarding Apache Corp. layoffs

Dead Forum

Activity in a forum like this indicates activity in the company. The more comments, the more activity, bad or good. There is never a comment older than an hour on some sites (XOM). Looking here the last input was 11 days ago. The company must be dying a slow and prolonged death with no one even interested in voicing opinions.

More than half the company is gone from 7 years ago. Along with 75% of market cap.

I mean, XOM has how many multiples of employees relative to APA? Of course you’d expect more activity on the board for a much larger company.

Leadership doesn't listen to any of us. If we say something, fired. If you pose a threat, fired. Whistle blow, fired. The vast majority don't want to return to office, "you're going to work a hybrid schedule ". We continually scramble to put the pieces back together after laying off very qualified people who we now desperately need. The morale at this company is at an all time low. Oil is at $70+ a barrel but our stock goes nowhere. The list goes on and on but leadership does nothing but pad their pocketbook.

What is left to say?
