The “c” level has all quit, Eddie is nowhere in sight, Leena hasn’t been heard from in over a year, systems have been down for days….. It’s like everyone walked away and forgot to tell the store employees not to show up anymore.

Money and respect talks. If retailers paid a minimum of $20 an hour with legitimate reviews and raises and realistic schedules with time off they would find people would apply. Unfortunately, retail today and in the future is part time task oriented unskilled labor with open availability and no benefits. Thus the low pay and poor treatment of workers resulting in people leaving for other high paying careers.
