I hate to be sour grapes, but why are superstars employees here mostly the ones who are the least talented?
Sometimes I get really annoyed when I see that the most valued employees are those who don’t really bring any value to this company. On the other hand, hard work and efforts here go unnoticed. I would love (but only briefly) to see some of these superstars in a much more serious company where I got an offer.
That rohit should be more humble and listen to software and hardware snd stop backstabbing everyone and stop sing up to matt and Jhonny walker

People keep saying bad stuff about Brian but the PMO jerk is the real fleshligth… what a spinster … knows only one word for years … NPI …will smile and backstab and pish you under the bus multiple times …
I am the California surfer and I can vouch that Rohit works well with mike the man of Steele, mike the stain and fleshligth.so what if he doesn’t know technology? The stories about him being untrustworthy and ready to put anyone under the bus are not true

lol storm was sunk because it was an lazy ab-----n. No one in the market really wanted it and it was full of bad rookie hardware designs, old firmware, sloppy cloud software, and sucked end to end. Honeywell at least knew you should never let those C grade 'value engineers' design any important things. Wait until they see all the sh-t we didn't do right in the proseries hardware and code. but hay we spent millions doing them both and got years closers to retirement so win win right?

In Rezi if you do your job you can ask for promo . You don’t need special skills just ask a promo to do what you were hired to do.
If you survived the 3 CTOs it means you are a good politician, another skill that is very appreciated here. Backstabbing is also a good skill, by gently making others look stupid and that only you can do the job. Just don’t forget to make sure the competition is brought down
A good example is mike the man of Steele …why is he down? Who profit from the backstabbing?
What’s clear is that hardware is recovering but software is just digging themselves more into a ho-e… all is as usual then.

@3ifa, it takes an average of 18 months for those losers VPs to find another place to graze upon. So the niagara of li-uor won't leave until he has received enough $, meanwhile the usual people under continue to do what they do... drink, BS, s-ck up, and make sure nobody worthwhile stays or is a danger to them. Sad but thats how rezi works...
@2kse, yeah that one stayed a few weeks, got tons of money for himself achieving nothing, and got blindsided by very low skillset people in Austin.... so he is probably hoodwinking another corp. Heard it was so easy to play him.... Guy isn't technical at all.
Whats next ? we will move our HQ to Florida? Alaska?
