Every 6mo we have projects being made and trashed away. Did we even successfully deliver anything?
What someone mentioned is very interesting to me because I have noticed that the company has more and more problems when it comes to delivering projects. Worst of all, I don’t think TD is even doing anything to overcome the challenges of delivering projects.
When you layoff your best employees simply because they are the most expensive, quality and delivery time will only suffer. Senior management is clearly manipulating the scorecard so that margin is positive for the next earnings report, as opposed to making decisions that foster long-term growth.
We have absolutely zero coordination of efforts. Teams all act like silos and no one knows what is going on. It’s a shitshow.
Marketing has to create busy work when there are no new products being released. This is a three ring circus.
Don't forget M.e. and CT creating fire drills every time they fa-t just to justify their existence.
The company has cut so many of its workers that people are being forced to multitask to the point of being ADHD.
Well keep firing all the talent, and eventually you’ll be left with projects you can’t finish…kinda like creating a great private cloud offering. Oh wait…
Most of the smart engineers are long gone. Huge brain drain. And most of them went to competitors. HA doesn’t know what she doesn’t know so she gets played on delivery dates.
The problem is not delivery , its company direction .
they keep changing their mind on what they need . this month its A and the next 6 month A is no longer needed.
