Too high pressure work profiles. Management takes so quick decisions to terminate employees. Specially for new comers it's not right place. New comers are the ones who are responsible for failure of management pet resources. Think twice before joining here, it's not issue of pressure environment it's issue of too frequent terminations on small mistakes. This rule apply one for new comers.
