Agreed, everyone is replaceable. Especially in a company that can't qualify its costs, and simply limps along from quarter to quarter in a knee jerk way. Add on poor management that don't have any clue about what good actually looks like and you have modern day Enbridge.
Good thing that the Oil industry is a sure bet profit maker...Enbridge can keep on hiding its ineptitude for quite a while.

Well, it’s objectively true. No matter how important you may think you are, the company is unlikely to grind to a halt because of your absence. Apple is still moving along without Steve.
Of course everybody is replaceable.
That's because everyone IS replaceable. Don't kid yourself into thinking otherwise. This isn't just 'management's' view - it is the view of Corporate America everywhere.
