Management jobs

Hi!! Anyone else notice there are a lot of management positions open? Anyone know why........ maybe they're going to bring back positions that they eliminated...wishful thinking 🤔😅 I for one am tired of being over worked and under appreciated.

True selling and support are combine in one big team including backstage associates. But this pilot program is not working. Associates don't like the schedules, alot of them are calling out because they are working a 3 or 4 hours shift.

There is no pilot of stores eliminating managers... The current pilot is combining selling and support functions into one big zone and it STILL has the same number of managers in the building. Where are you getting something about a pilot like this ?

I'm betting we will do what we did last year, be closed to the public but be running fulfillment all day to get ahead of Friday. Too much pressure and bad press to be "open" that day if these other retailers are closed.

If most managers will be out the door to make room for the new pilot store, then the current stores need to be physically changed. Most of the stores have an old style layout with floors and walls that separate departments. With less employees working, this layout is annoying for customers who have to walk around and go up and down to find somewhere to checkout. Does the pilot store make that better?

its simple ... they are railroading managers out of the door to make room for the new store pilot of sales associates running the entire show with a store manager... its over kids.. walk

Since we are short staffed, job descriptions and duties are out the window. Sales Associates have to do things that Sales Managers should be doing and Sales Managers are spending a lot of their time working like Sales Associates in depts. that have little to no coverage.

It's because those who stayed are bailing in droves. These jobs are undoable with the expectations we now have. They might bring back selling associates but they will NEVER invest in management ever again. That's over and done.
