I'm glad the executives have found the time to concentrate on the real problems facing our company, like the fact they think July 4th is a fake holiday and it's a microaggression for white employees to not see color (???). The link they provided to learn about Marxist BLM should really help company morale and cohesiveness, too.

Meanwhile we're over 1 year into our 15% paycuts that we were promised were temporary measures. Ha! Temporary my [redacted]. We're never seeing that money again, our Fearless Leader needs that money for his bonus to buy more properties in [redacted].

I wonder if stock holders will be told to work on their micro aggressions at the next shareholders meeting?

Employees are only sticking around due to the fact there are zero other options, management knows this hence they treat us like dirt for years now. Maybe our fault for choosing to work in this industry. Add to your 15% cut the many, many years where they didn’t give a annual cost of living raise, then add the loss of those bonuses and The real cut is so much higher. Personally I feel pretty worthless at this point, it’s depressing and worried about my future , yet I continue to be told I need to work on my micro aggressions- sigh
