Just recently talked to a long lasting WB customer and they are going out to bid very soon. They have informed me that WB Mason will not be allowed to bid because of poor service and lack of representation. This account is about $350k a year. This is just the beginning. Upper management has no idea what’s to come.

East Windsor’s management is the absolute worse. Lots of abuse is going on there. Sad to watch it everyday.
Was just informed one of my large accounts is leaving because of poor service and items constantly on back order. There goes $200k a year and a pay cut. Time to look for a new job.

I know one customer had WB on the “will not accept bids from “ list, due to “ failure to provide services as promised “.
Matter of fact , they went with the 2nd lowest bid , halfway thru the 1 year deal.
