We ate high on the hog compliments of my HSE manager. Our main focus was birds and lakes and where we would go for lunch!!!
Those sane managers are still there-LOL!!!
Best one I ever came across was when the came and did an audit on our warehouse. Which was spotless and well managed all racking marked load stickers on them all etc etc.
I lost it when the picked us up for having wooden shelf on the pallet racks. They said it was a fire risk and had to be changed out. My reply was F off. What do you think the pallets are made from steel. I received an email from there boss, stating I was rude to the audit team, he was told something similar
One day among many we looked at lakes and birds and ate lots of free meals. Yum!!!!!
One time I remember a book of pictures of an audit and it just sat there collecting dust. I asked so what have ya done with all this manpower and money spent on the audit—NOTHING!!!!!
I’ve been with this company for 12 years and I haven’t seen HSE in at least the last 5-6. Honestly I had no idea we had them. I assumed we cut them during bankruptcy.
Was there at wft for twenty years.....one thing has always been consistent HSE is and has been absolutely worthless. Useless money pit
