Rule 70, 72, 75 keeps being mentioned on various Qualcomm-related forums but I can't figure out what it is. When I Google it, some of it comes back with some investment cr-p which I'm sure has nothing to do with it and some gives me some legal bylaws or whatever. What am I missing here?
PS: I've been here for less than a year so excuse me if this sounds like a stupid question to some of you.
