On Monday I noticed a bunch of posts from former Pru employees about their next role and leaving the company. Was wondering if coincidence or another big cut.

People are just leaving the company, most do not want to work here. Between the VSP and people jumping ship, I would not worry about layoffs. PRU has a bad reputation as an employer, so attracting employees in an environment where people are looking to work for companies with meaning and purpose is challenging. PRU is a very old brand and not recognized by the younger generation. So I would not worry about layoffs.
One in global tech, one in "insights and analytics" (dont know what group) , and one i veteran affairs which I know used to sit under GT but unsure if this changed
Anyone more from Retirement announced this week?
