Pay is horrible! Benefits are average and smart people are almost nonexistent! I came to GA to relax for a few years but I am leaving sooner bc I am beginning to get lazy. My work ethic is starting to be impacted by the people around me. Instead of me being a good work ethic to GA - I am beginning to work like GA workers! I don’t want to stay here forever and would like to be able to work at a great company someday - so I have decided to leave before I become completely lazy! I would truly stay away from GA as there is nothing really good about this place!

Bad Management: Good old boys club! All ex-military and very demanding and controlling. Doesn't value you and the work you do; no respect; no process improvements; sexism, se-ual harassment; work overload/burnout; favoritism; no advancement/passing qualified candidates up; notorious bad reviews, with no warning, several codes of conduct broken, etc. Bad HR: Doesn't back the employees expressing major concerns; allows for bad management to belittle women in the workplace; transfers managers with major red flags (i.e se-ual harassment investigations, time card changes, ) and doesn't fire them; won't file complaints, allows for hostile work environments.
The issue is most employees have inept management at GA that wants you to be a bus boy, waiter and a cook for a dozen or so tables.
While other employees (yes-mans, brown nosers, drama back stabbers, etc..) surfing the net shopping at AMZN, watching YouTube and having their those noses where the sun don't shine.

Relocate all the incompetent GA managers and ALL GA HR to St Louis. Better off if they are back there in St Louis then in San Diego.
There are good companies in San Diego but GA is not one of them. If you never want to move up and don’t mind just getting by GA is the place! I truly worked with the laziest and d-mbest people I have ever worked with! When I thought it couldn’t get any worst I was introduced to another manager that was completely incompetent!
Don't think GA-ers are gonna like St Louis. Very dangerous city back there plus the big aerospace company there sucks working at even more so than working at GA.
You might want to instead take you sing-along road trip move to Chicago though. Check it out. Chicago shootings are a nightly thing and no longer a big shock on the news every night. Plus your kids will fall behind in the public schools there since Chicago Teachers do not want to return to the class rooms ever. Even when Chicago teachers were in the classrooms they never did teach. They just wanted to complain about their pay and hold the kids hostage.
What about you moving to good old St Louis? That's the city you want to be.
You all could go to work for that Fortune 500 aerospace company back there. You can have a Sing Along as you all drive back there together. Wouldn't that be fun!
