There is always talk about stores closings but we all know Sears Home Services just keeps growing, making more money and delighting customers all across the nation. Why these poor store people just ask to be transferred to SHS??

Sears is the SS Minnow and Eddie Lampert is Gilligan....leading Sears to a shipwreck from which it will never recover.

The OP is right. Today there were layoffs everywhere in the company but Home Services, ServiceLive and Home Improvements were not impacted. Those three businesses are the cornerstone of the whole company.
Because Home Services is not viable either. Get a clue.
Please provide some valid statistics to back up your statement about the so called growth and customer delight at Sears Home Services.
