Instead of investing in creating better products, making sure our clients are happy by offering a better customer experience, nurturing talent, and making sure we're not losing our best employees to our competition, the company seems set on cutting its way to profitability. It feels a lot like I’ve prostituted myself to the evil empire. Because living in fear of losing your job to a person in India, is the best way to make people do whatever you want them to, to stay employed.
I’ve got one foot out the door, and couldn’t be happier with my decision to leave.
I had the displeasure of working directly for MC. Miserable and thankless experience. Glad I’m on to greener pastures elsewhere now
There is not 1 leader who scares me. Unless you afraid of clowns. It has been SOP the more "lack of people skills" a "leader" is the more incompetent they are at their job and life.
MC Is tough as he-l. Definitely not the kind of “leader” who inspires people to work hard. Mostly just scares them, so they work hard. I can see that leading to a lot of innovation.
