I come from a region that is run by someone who plays favorite and an absolute ruler. If you are his ally you will go very far, if not your position is in danger. My previous post was taken down and I don't know who, how or why!
No human in human resources in my region. Unprofessional bunch even the regional head of unhuman resources. My local unhuman resources manager does nothing that is in line to what human resources supposed to represent. Very unprofessional and will destroy your life.
If you are looking for a work, stay away. They will use lay-offs as an excuse to get rid of anyone that is not an ally.
