my god. i left West a decade ago after working in a couple business units including WIC. came over to thelayoff to check another company's layoffs and thought I'd check some former employers while i was here. sounds like an absolute shitshow over there. had no idea this was going on. best luck to anyone left.
There would be alot of former employees from Intercall that would apply to get their jobs back. It would be a profitable company again. Intercall started this ride & took the company to be world wide #1. They were the cash cow. Alot of lives were destroyed when their jobs were eliminated. Especially those close to retirement.
Being sold is probably the best thing that can happen. Unfortunately, clients are being impacted by poor support. Let’s be clear, not because of the employees, experienced people are being let go and replaced by new hires who do not have the knowledge to support the clients. Poor leadership from the top and bad culture.
Anyone know what the name is going to be changed too & since we are owned by Apollo everything has been up for sale since they’ve taken over.

All business units will be going up for sale and Intrado Digital is the first to go. They are going to be taking any offer that is given for any business unit so they can get out of Intrado ownership quickly. Also, company will be changing its name again
