A CDK recruiter reached out to me about PM roles at CDK. Does CDK offer RSUs as part of compensation? The recruiter was pretty evasive about the topic. This is in regards to a Level IV PM role. Also, what does TC look like

Thanks! I have seen a few JDs for Lead PMs, Sr PMs. What is the level of a Lead PM and a Sr PM. Are both of them higher than IV PM?
Never heard of RSUs for any level of PM, if they offer it that is new (well, new post ADP) Personally CDK stock is not one I am bullish on, but more power to you. TC is chronically below average and has been for years. Personally seen PM salaries 8-12% below the average from other tech companies.
TC, including salary and benefits will be BELOW average, and when asked and pushed the HR drones will tell you that they are happy to be providing below average compensation.
RSUs as a IV PM role are unlikely -- only senior (level V and above) and management are typically eligible. Depending on where and who your management would be, you may be able to get it written in, but make sure you get it written in your contract, as if it doesn't exist, they will deny deny deny.
