Incentives to Stop the IT Brain Drain??

Has someone in management finally recognized that almost everyone who knows how CF's systems work has been laid off/retired/moved on? What incentive could they offer to keep people on board this train wreck??

CF’s lost, making more money now and got my evenings and weekends back. Some people are scared to make the move but sometimes it works out for the best. If you are in APPS or Cloud computing you may want to look at other opportunities.

Leadership resignations. People will find better opportunity and recruiting firms know how toxic the work environment is. What's needed is a new culture and leadership that values associates.
