No company is ideal. It's just a matter of what your priorities are: is it pay, benefits, work / life balance, general atmosphere in the company, etc.
The only reason I'm still here is because I haven't found any new opportunities yet. I'm running away from here because of everything. I can’t single out the thing that bothers me the most here because I’m not happy with absolutely anything here.

Most importantly one star reviews in glassdoor are deleted. Try writing one star review, you don't find it one week later.
Glassdoor have such rating because your company HR write fake reviews. That's the annual goal and tied with bonus. They get bonus only the rating is always stay above 3.6.
