Just heard that I will not be PIPed this year because when I was discussed it was mentioned that I am always "available" and always "contributing." All I do is power walk and ask meaningless questions in meetings! To the guy that suggested power walking to be seen and heard you sir are a genius!

While power walking, be careful that the senior leadership you’re following doesn’t suddenly stop to talk with other senior leadership, or you’ll take a “deep dive” halfway up their ars!

This may be seen as a joke but I have incorporated it into my routine. About every 90 minutes I decide to go visit someone and engage them in a work related conversation. I have gotten comments on the appreciation of my engagement.
